Lease with option to buy for only $1500 down, plus first month’s lease payment due at signing.  Qualification requirements include two year work history in same industry, verification of employment or other income, $500 of your own funds toward any transaction, verification of two year’s rental or mortgage history, and verification of acceptable debt to income ratio (income sufficient for loan, debt less than 55% of income).  Deposits and down payments must be made in the form of cashier’s check or money order with tenant’s name as remitter.
